Serving pav bhaji with burger bun 35 minutes after ordering, Chinese not availabe when I recently went for dinner ..totally unexpected and unacceptable. They didn't have most of the dishes on menu... the staff was shouting and struggling to cope up with orders. Neither following any method to process orders nor were they able to handle crowd. for most guests it was a long wait to get their food while feeling guilty of sitting when there were hoardes of people waiting over the tables. Management was least bothered with all the chaos. It's a very compact place and seating is back to back making it extremely uncomfortable for people to sit or come out of the limited space. So I went to this outlet with my extended family, we were 9 people. We ordered and waited for atleast half an hour for our order to come and when the order came, it was for 4 people only. So while 4 people were eating, rest of us waited. Then they made us wait for another half an hour. Their excuse was that they burnt the dosa that’s why it got delayed. At last, food came and they still left out the one person’s order so we waited for another 15 mins. Finally the dish came and we found a plastic piece in it, it was a bottle cap.
