Hira Sweets, located conveniently near the Metro Station in Sector 137, Noida, is a hidden gem for food lovers seeking both North Indian delights and a pleasant dining experience. Recently, we had the opportunity to enjoy a meal here and were thoroughly impressed by the quality of both the food and the service. We ordered the Aalu Pyaz Paratha served with curd and the Shahi Paneer accompanied by Butter Naan. The Aalu Pyaz Paratha was perfectly crisp on the outside with a generous, flavorful filling. Paired with chilled, fresh curd, it offered a satisfying and homely taste. The Shahi Paneer, on the other hand, lived up to its royal name. The gravy was rich, creamy, and mildly spiced, making it a perfect complement to the soft and buttery naan. Each bite reflected the freshness and quality ingredients used in preparation. The seating area is another standout feature of this place. It is clean, well-maintained, and provides a comfortable space to enjoy meals with family or friends. Whether you are dining alone or in a group, the ambiance adds a positive touch to your overall experience. Special mention must be made of Mr. Raju, who served us during our visit. His polite nature, quick service, and welcoming attitude added warmth to our meal. It’s always a pleasure to be served by someone who is genuinely attentive and courteous. Overall, Hira Sweets in Sector 137 is more than just a sweet shop – it’s a full-fledged dining destination for lovers of North Indian cuisine. With its delicious food, excellent seating, and friendly service, it is definitely worth visiting again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fulfilling meal near the...
Read moreI don’t think this place even deserves 1 star rating. Any place shines with it’s people, how they behave but this was my first & last visit here at Sector 137 Noida. Staff is extremely impolite and unable to converse with costumers. They believe they are GOD. This strange incident occurred a month ago, when I visited with my family and was taking pictures of the restaurant because i'm a professional photographer and I love taking pictures of new places to show you all. Suddenly, this man named "SOURABH CHOWDHARY" came up to me and said, "DO NOT TAKE PICTURES HERE." When I asked why, he replied, "it's prohibited." He began to argue with me and requested that I erase the photos. I stated that I am an Influencer; you should be grateful that someone is marketing your business for "FREE." However, due to his disposition, he began instructing me not to take photographs without permission. He even said “i don’t care, who you are”. In any case, I didn't want to take the conversation in a more heated direction. I didn't end up eating anything, so I just left the restaurant. I would appreciate it if you could take a look at the images if you truly believe that they are creating a negative impression of the people or of their image in some way. I think in India people should mind their own business specially store workers. I would suggest you guys just be careful if you ever visit this restaurant. But in my opinion, DO NOT...
Read morePathetic service.. long waiting time.. manager was not even responding..to order bakery items or sweets you need to getup from the seating space and then wait in the long queue, meanwhile you family have to wait for your presence on the table.. Reason: instructions from management to have separate bill for food and sweets. Food can be served at the table while sweets and bakery items can’t be served without prior billing and self service.
This is so called- ‘Dine in’
Food quality was super pathetic. We ordered Tandoori platter, Chinese platter, french fries, tikki.. none of the dish was up to the mark even close to give you some taste.. platters were burnt..Daal makhni and naan were served cold.
Ambience- no proper lighting in the entire area. Reason from the manager- there are mosquitoes and small insects coming in so purposefully they have reduced the lights in the seating area.. You can’t even see properly what you are eating!!
Best part was their non acceptance to listen to the problem. Forget about the resolution.
Please don’t visit this place, if you don’t want to ruin your dinner experience. Visit date: 12-Oct...
