I recently visited the Fun Republi Mall KFC outlet, and the overall experience was decent with a few ups and downs. I ordered the Chicken Rice Bowl with popcorn And pepsi , and the quality and taste were really good. The portion size for dining was fine, but I noticed that the takeaway version had a slightly smaller quantity, which was a bit disappointing.

The ambience and seating space were great – clean, spacious, and comfortable for enjoying your meal. However, the staff took a little extra time to take my order, which caused a slight delay. It could be due to crowd or lack of proper coordination at the counter.

Apart from that, everything else was good – tasty food, nice environment. If the staff becomes a bit more prompt, the experience would be...

We have order for 3 combo the amount was 1018, we have got 2 order then and there and the other burger combo took around 17mnt i have asked for 7mnt express policy they have denied me to give, floor manger Staff was rude gentleman was very rude with his behaviour then i have order for 8 pc wing which was to over cooked to hard and chicken was old it was blck from inside chicken was not fresh at all. After acknowledging the staff there was no action taken from the floor manager neither anyone has apologised. Staff need training that is for sure this small small thing need to be taken care. I have spoiled by 1500/- i am being hotelier knowing everything of the system after 3-4 tym complain no action has been taken from all the 3 employees...

Finger Lickin' Good, Mostly! (4/5 Stars) This place generally hits the spot, delivering that satisfyingly crispy, flavorful chicken you expect. The classic taste is usually on point, and they offer a good variety beyond the buckets. Staff are mostly friendly, making for a reliable stop. While service can occasionally slow during peak times, and very rare quality hiccups occur, it's a solid choice for a quick, comforting meal. Definitely a strong contender when that fried chicken...
