Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

The rice was stale and not fresh. I called the Wow Momo customer care and complained to which a gentleman said that I will shortly receive a call from the respective shop in Gomtinagar, Lucknow. Guess what, i never received the call. I think mine was their last order because after that call i kept trying and nobody answered around 10.30pm. I haven't received any solution from the delivery partner either but regarding the quality i believe the restaurant is responsible. Why you guys give me stale rice and chicken curry? I think mine was the last order and the employee was in rush to go home. They failed to check the rice quality and filled it up for me. Pathetic. If I dont get a resolution, ill personally visit the shop along with the rice and chicken and someone from the food department to make sure that they dont repeat the same in the future with any other...
