KFC — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Ordered for almost 800 bucks, got half cooked chicken popcorn, Overcooked and stale chicken hot and crispy(2piece), Charging almost 300rs for a Zinger pro burger and gave the patty of a Mini Chicken burger. Pathetic service by this outlet. Called the outlet and he asked me for contact zomato and they'll give the refund. When I started talking about dragging them to consumer court they took me seriously and I demanded the order to be delivered again by any one of their employees and he agreed and asked me to pay the delivery fee of 50rs for the convenience of the rider (their employee) which I denied.
