I placed a late-night order from La Pino’z, choosing the onion and paneer pizza — expecting a rich, flavorful experience. To my astonishment, what I received was not just underwhelming — it was incomplete. The pizza contained no paneer whatsoever.

This oversight is not merely a culinary flaw but a complete failure in quality control. The crust was mediocre at best, the onions sparsely scattered and unevenly cooked, and the overall taste fell entirely flat. But the most unforgivable part? The absence of the primary topping the pizza was named after.

In a premium segment where accuracy, quality, and flavor should matter — this experience felt careless and disrespectful to the customer. One does not order a paneer pizza to play a game of “find the paneer.”

The worst experience i ever had with a pizza outlet Yesterday me and my friends went to this outlet of lapinoz at around 7:00 pm.this outlet is around 5 km away from our place And the moment we entered the reception lady was like we are not taking the orders currently and when i asked her the reason she is like the dough is not ready, and you have to wait for 1/2 hour , and when we said we are ready to wait, she is like ohh it can take more than that, we don't know how much it gonna take and she was so rude The outlet was taking orders for delivery but not for dine-in , and the rudeness of staff is something we had never expected from a outlet...

Just visited once...so here are my reviews based on my visit. I ordered a single pizza of the minimum prise but it turned out to be very good. The base was good and was loaded with lots of cheese and veggies. Also the cheese and the veggies were both fresh and yummy. Base was well made and shaped. Place was neat and clean. But one thing which I didn't liked there was about the team. I didn't found the team very responsive...it wasn't like they were not responding, they were, but they were not very customer oriented and were not polite.. I don't blame them cuz I know it was they up above ones who didn't trained them well on how to...
