As per my memory, where are the details of Madhurima's shops located? Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar Located near Comfort Inn, this outlet is open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:30 PM. It offers a comprehensive menu and has received positive reviews for both dine-in and delivery services.

I wish I could give zero star. I think this is my worst experience with any restaurant all over the world. Very unprofessional staff. They are so arrogant. The tandoori roti was not upto the mark and we asked the waiter to kindly change it stating the reason. Hw started laughing and passing bad comments for us among his fellows. The worst experience happened with the kulfi. We thought to order kulfi after dinner and my brother just went outside to check whether the outside atmosphere is good to have kulfi there as we were with kid and toddler. The waiter stopped him at the door that you have to pay than only you can leave the premises. We were still sitting at our place. Only my brother went outside. How come we can go without paying. Still the situation was controllable. Then the very very very unprofessional staff came at the cash counter and asked us "lo kulfi...pakdo". It was such a embarassing situation as if we are begging to give kulfi and he is giving us in free. Then my patience gave up and asked him "bhaiya yahi aise khade ho kr khaye". Then he said "bolo, kaha khana hai". ..just a point to be noted..we have a bill of kulfi according to ac restaurant hotel charges (as price is different for ac restaurant and outside) and still we have to face this. After complaining, the manager asked us" bataiye kya chahiye aapko"...do we need to tell you how to behave professional to your customers. Completely nonsense behaviour of the staff. Over priced food. If you don't want to go for a family outing where you can eat with a respect and good hospitality, welcome to " madhurima".
