McDonald's — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of visiting McDonald's in wave mall Lucknow, and it turned out to be a delightful experience. As soon as I walked into the restaurant, the inviting aroma of freshly cooked food wafted through the air, instantly making my mouth water. The ambiance was vibrant and bustling with activity, creating an energetic atmosphere.

I decided to order a burger, and the options available were plenty. After careful consideration, I opted for their famous French fries and a soft drink to complete my meal. The staff members were courteous and attentive, making the ordering process swift and efficient.

Mc Donalds in wave mall got an extra star only because of its food. There was no place to sit even if it was empty waiter were not cleaning it. People requested to clean the tables 3-4 times but they did not listen and when me and my sister went at the counter to ask for two disposal cups, there was only one person handling the crowd and when we called the worker she didn’t listen and after 2-3 calls she shouted angrily “ek minute!” and then she went inside the kitchen and the workers started fighting as they couldn’t handle crowd due to their poor service the customers expressed anger. Then we asked the waiter to bring us two cups, he only came with our food and talking about the food Burger King is much better. The burgers were very as compared to Burger King and cold drink were filled with more than 70% ice. Now I prefer Burger King than Mc’ Donalds in food, customer service, honesty and quality and quantity...

Today me and my husband visited here, and ordered MacAloo Tikki burgers and finger chips,we were served with cold and stale Mc Aloo Tikki burger, pieces of onion were soggy and smelling , tomatoes were sticky. Finger chips were soft and soggy. When I made a complaint, they replaced it with equally poor quality pieces . I wanted to talk to someone senior but no one came to listen. I noticed that the the rack was full with pre -prepared burgers and costumes were served with those cold and stale items. For the evidence I took a photo of that rack, then the whole staff came to forbid me. I told about my complain, they answered that due to big crowd, they prepared the burgers in advance. If this outlet is not capable of making the burgers when it is ordered, it should be closed. I never had such a worst burger at any outlets of Macdonald's. Very...
