The food is very very tasty, but the accuracy of the food order and service is terrible! (1) There are things on the restaurant menu which they will only sell you if ordering for delivery; (2) Every time I have ordered via phone or the app, they have gotten the order wrong; when asked, they say, "oh, we did not have __ available today, so we substituted something else" (usually something that my family doesn't like); (3) my in-person order was also wrong (they forgot my biryani), which meant that my whole family was finished eating before my food even came!

It's a shame to have to say all this, because the food is very good, but it is too frustrating trying to get food from here, whether dine-in, takeaway, or...

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service and food quality I experienced with my recent order. I ordered a Mysore Masala Dosa at 1:40 PM, and it did not arrive until 3:05 PM. When the order finally arrived, I was extremely dissatisfied with the taste and quality.

The sambar was cold, lacked salt, and tasted old. The vegetables in the dosa were raw and not fully cooked, making the dish inedible. This is not the first time I have encountered such issues with your service, and I find it unacceptable. I am very disappointed and will not be ordering from your restaurant again if this continues.

I hope you will take my concerns seriously and address these issues to improve your service and food...

Last night I ordered one premium veg thali the price was around ₹240. The thali had following items.

1.Shahi Paneer

2.Mix Veg

3.Daal Makhani

4.Laccha paratha

5.Pulau

6.Rassgulla

7.pickle

8.Mouth Freshner

Pros :

As you had observed that they provide a large  variety on thali. The quality of food also seems good.

The food was prepared very fast.

Nice packing of food. (vaccum sealed)

Pulau was also nice (rice was of good quality)

CONS :

1.The taste of all items was sour.

I was geeting feeling the lemon was sprinkled on all dishes.

The panner was sour, even the daal makhani tastes sour.
