The Art of Spices (AOS) - A Pure Veg Multicuisine Restaurant — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Ambience: The main restaurant was closed for renovation and so the dining was shifted to their buffet hall. Hence, not a lot to comment on the ambience.

Service: The staff seems to be lacking proper training. They are definitely polite but lack the basics of hospitality. The waiter waiting on us didn't note down our order despite our specific request to do so and consequently there was a mix up in the dishes. On serving the dishes the waiter doesn't ask the patrons if they want to be served or not. They just dump the dishes on the table and they are done. The service seems half hearted and definitely doesn't match upto the expectations one has from a high end restaurant such as this.

Food: The number of choices was average. The options available in desserts and mocktails were underwhelming to say the least (lime soda and a couple of other mocktails and that's it!). 2 or 3 options in icecreams. The taste was disappointing to say the least. The baby corn based starter dish we ordered was undercooked and raw on the inside. The chicken based dish was bland and unsatisfactory.

Conclusion: Unless the management is put into place, the staff trained and the chefs replaced, I don't see customers returning to this restaurant any time in the future. Felt like an absolute waste of time and money. Other popular restaurants like El Chico, Kanha Shyam and Old School Cafe...

The atmosphere was so boring. I'm a 5ft 8inch tall and i was very uncomfortable the whole time, The table top was so high up i felt like it was made for stand and eat, I was literally very disappointed and was not able to enjoy it properly. The service was not so good I dropped the chowmin on me and the table while serving. The food tasted good but the quality was unsatisfied, Manchurian balls were so hard chowmin had too much oil not expecting this quality from this place. They didn't have availability of dishes and beverages that were on the menu. At one side of the corner they had a small cheap speaker at the counter at very low volume, it looked like the sound system was just for the counter guy. It was hot out there they didn't had fan anywhere and air conditioners were of or not don't know didn't bothered much I was already so much disappointed and uncomfortable felt shame why did i bring my family here. milk shake quality and quantity quantity didn't...

"I had an exceptional dining experience at The ambiance was warm and inviting, with a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home.
