Hotel Ravisha Continental — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

Pathetic service...staff was not co-operative at all...I had made my booking for 12 Oct 23 to 13 Oct 23...ambience was very bad...they claim this as a 3 star property and by my personal experience this property should not get any star..This was my first and last experience with this hotel...will surely not visit again at this property. Buffet was extremely bad...not property managed...waiters were totally confused as in who had ordered what...and the most ridiculous thing for me is that they had asked me to sit and they will bring me the tea and bread, I had waited for 10 min to 15 min and when I had checked with them then he said ki sir bhool gaya...ha ha ha...and the same thing had happened to other person also who was sitting in front of me ha ha ha...One more incident was - the tea was bad at the breakfast when we complained about it...they said that they will make fresh for us..we said OK.. .as we were getting late then we requested him to send the same to our room which was the part of the breakfast and they charged Rs 125 a cup of tea, I believe that was there courier charges for delivering it from ground floor to 2nd floor...Ha ha ha...Baba bahut hi gazab experience raha...Aap log bhi ek baar avashya Jaye aur full entertainment ka maza...

I want to write a detailed review. stayed there in march 2022 with my wife thankfully for a day only. Whenever i asked anything from the staff they wud smile as if i was asking something silly. Anyway, no slipper, no soap even no bucket mug was provided n when i asked they were very surprised n started smiling sarcastically like saying look what a fool. i ordered grilled chicken n crispy baby corn which even after eating half of it, i failed to figure which dish was grilled n which one was crispy..so again i asked them n they smiled. they simply believed that this was the first time i was eating such kind of stuff.. Well there was an AC also in my room, which when i switched on looked like some generator running. this was their best room. on breakfast also they gave us two slices of bread with butter. i dared not to ask them that if there are two person having breakfast, there is a simple rule all over india that u will give them two slices of bread per person with butter. but had i asked them this they wud have again laughed that c this person has travelled for the first time in a world class hotel named ravisha international..even a half priced hotel in benaras has better services than this...

This hotel location wise is good,car parking available, building is good,rooms r good but outer view window not available if you r willing to rest with some outer view from your room,rooms r spacious but congested with furniture,they hv permanent problem with TV and fridge,they r not functioning even they replace with other fridge and TV set top box,but disappointingly not functioning,even my insulin get waste due to improper temperature, something with a room charging almost 4000/- per day even we can expect that the necessity items should not get waste due to their lack of maintenance. Food is pricey and taste wise,quantity wise is still disappointing. One thing I experience that after guest check out even they didn't change the bed linens too,in this crucial covid time where cleanliness and sanitization is d priority, iam very much afraid with their this type of ignorance and lack of cleanliness.Sorry to say that this hotel is not worth and didn't judge their price with their...
