Nirula's Sector 137 — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

The ice cream was stale. It was like rubber. Inspite of giving the feedback to the staff and throwing the ice cream in front of him, he was least bothered. Went with my family, took 1 HCF, 1 DIY sundae and 1 strawberry scoop. Threw the strawberry in front of him and wife and daughter ate HCF and they both fell ill after consuming it. There were lot of flies in the ice cream parlour and the answer of the staff was "sir when there is a power cut, we have to keep open the main door and that is when the flies come in the shop". Have been ardent fan of Nirula's but after yesterday's visit i was taken a back. They should train the staff, make them more empathetic and replace the food which is not...

Location wise it's very easy to locate and reach. Roadside parking is available. It started out as a place to visit, excellent experience. Of late it’s become run down. It has NO ACs that are functioning. It is normally out of food items required for your order (Today it was out of cottage cheese and some veggies), staff is helpless on most counts. Furniture is dirty and broken; in need of a replacement. Flies all over. Kitchen area claustrophobic. We hope someone takes note and brings this great outlet...
