I recently visited this newly opened outlet with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of disappointing. The customer service I encountered was a complete letdown, characterized by fake commitments and an utter lack of care for the customers. Upon entering the outlet, I was greeted by disinterested staff who seemed more focused on their personal conversations than attending to customers. Once I placed my order, the staff assured me that my pizza would be ready within 12 minute in case of any delay it will be free. It was delayed by just few minutes. But just to confirm their commitment about 12 minute guarantee on dine in services, the manager started giving excuses about terms and conditions. Which is no where mentioned on their menu. The promises they made were merely empty words. when I expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager, they seemed disinterested and unwilling to address my concerns. It was evident that the customer's experience was not their top priority, and they were more interested in brushing off complaints rather than resolving them. Overall, my visit to this pizza outlet was marked by fake commitments and appalling customer service. The lack of care for customers and the blatant disregard for the promises made left a bitter taste in my mouth, both literally and figuratively. We ordered a Medium, a Regular pizza, and Garlic Bread from your outlet. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.

The Regular pizza tasted off — about halfway through eating, we noticed a strong, unpleasant flavor, similar to rotten onions. It completely ruined the meal. On top of that, we had ordered an Extra Cheese Burst, but the cheese layer was very thin and didn’t taste authentic at all.

When we reached out to complain, the customer service was just as frustrating. We sent a photo to the PizzaBay WhatsApp number as instructed. After an hour of no response, we followed up and were told to resend it to a different number. Another hour later, at 11:30 PM, we were told the replacement would only be sent if we confirmed again — by then, we had enough and canceled the order.

This was our first time ordering from your place, and sadly, the poor quality and lackluster service have left a very bad impression. We’ll be sticking to more reliable brands...

Me as a pizza lover is very much choosy when it comes to ordering a good pizza which is cheesy n full of flavours. I ordered margarita with cheese burst n the taste was awesome then I ordered from their gourmet range, urban tandoori pizza with signature crust, smoky indo maxican n they yumm. Cheese Paneer calzones were fluffy and filling while paneer taco was no less with flaky n soft wrap together with satisfying paneer filling.
