Spice Caves — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

How will you write Review of a Restaurant/Place that has everything perfect and top notch? I am still trying. Went to Spice Caves at Gomti Nagar for Lunch with Family. Just when you enter the place by taking the stairs (yes it is on First Floor) you get awestruck the Ambiance and Decor of the place.

Walls do not have tiles, Wall Papers or Enamel Paint. Instead, they are decorated with Sculptors and Idols. Quite akin to some prehistoric cave...

Now comes the Food. We ordered -- Lemon Coriander Soup and Crispy Golden Fried American Corn in Starters. Then for the Main Course -- Tandoori Rotis, Butter Naan, Shahi Paneer, Punjabi Kofta and Mix Veg. Lemon Coriander Soup and Crispy Golden Fried American Corn were just awesome. Now for the Main Course, I have some complaint with the Punjabi Kofta. It was way too Spicy and Loaded with Green Chillies. R

est all the Items were too good. Thoroughly Enjoyed. Restaurant Service is also very Superb. No issues, complaints, and feedback.

Had an extremely disappointing experience at the restaurant Food quality was poor, the staff was extremely ill mannered. Only the decorations were fine. Mocktails ordered were pathetic. Spicy Senorita and Black Current were just Guava juice and Coke.The waiter didn't even bother to clean the glasses from the bottom, my dress was spoilt because of that. I requested the staff to play some good music but they didn't listen and played very inappropriate songs. The waiter kept constantly bugging and disturbing us. He was extremely rude and didn't know how talk to guests. He even asked us to finish our dishes!!!not once but twice!! I was like What The Hell is this. We asked him to make the food less spice and he straight away refused and said the food content is prepared beforehand and we cannot change anything. Half of the drink was spoilt on the tray and he served us in that fashion only. I was going to send you a photo of that tray. He didnt even bother to clear the tray and clean the glasses. Spice Caves is one of the best middle class restaurant in Patkarpuram, Gomati Nagar. It is almost 10 to 12 kms from Engineering Chaurha and 6 to 8 kms from Hazratgnj market. You can have really good taste here of all foods.The place has got nice environment and a perfect for hangout with friends and family members. It has got three priority elevated seating areas, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant has got ample seating space and dedicated play area for kids and a separate dance floor. Vegetarian food options are quite plenty. You can have your favorite food here on demand. Though the price is a little on the higher side, the quality of food compensates it really well. There is no dedicated parking slots of the restaurant, hence compel to park the vehicle on road side, which is really disappointing part of this cozy and compact restaurant.
