Extremely bad service & behavior of staffs. Instead of complaint & written feedback twice, all the ground staffs remain busy is their own chatting & gupastics. They don’t even show the courtesy to give menu card after arrival of guests. They don’t even bother to listen even after many calls. There is no fixed floor manager, many staff represents themselves as floor manager to take feedback, and just throw them into dustbin. Today, even after many calls for 3-4 minutes, the ground staff unable to provide even the menu card, then one of so acclaimed floor manager mr Aakash came and instead of accepting their faults & correcting them, he misbehaved with us after complaining the to so cold & pathetic attitude of ground staff. We left the place & will never go again here. The staffs are either not paid fully or severely underpaid or their training is to avoid customers. They remain busy in themselves, do gups in groups or play with their mobiles instead of showing even minutest courtesy to welcome guests or even bother to provide even menu cards instead...

It was this Thursday evening, for my birthday the next day, I strolled into looking for a celebratory treat. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of my expectations.

Apathy at Every Turn:

Despite being the only customer at the counter, I struggled to get basic information from the server. My questions about eggless pastries went unanswered, and I found myself having to chase after the server for even a simple inquiry.

Disengaged Staff:

The frustration continued at the cashier. While I was placing my order for takeaway, the cashier, engrossed in their phone, displayed a visible look of annoyance.The cashier's dismissive attitude completely turned me off, making the decision to leave a no-brainer

In Conclusion:

While I can't comment on the pastries, I can say that the service needs a serious upgrade. With a focus on courtesy and attentiveness, could transform the customer experience, especially for those seeking...

The very popular THF is as good as its other branches in lucknow. Good food and good ambience as usual. Plenty of parking on the service lane makes it a favorite for me personally. They have amazing sandwiches and burgers and their peach lemonade is just superb.

Got a herbs and curry spiced organic veggie sandwich.

Also tried their cottage cheese shawarma. Delicious.

Just one feedback which i even gave to the manager too. The time between placing an order and serving it is just very much. I had to wait 30-40 min in my last to get everything...
