There was a time time when this shop was under the control of old generation then they were totally focused on food quality and customer service but since now when shop is run by newer generations, the food quality and customer service has downgraded drastically. 2 days back I bought sweets from this shop and I found a big strand of hair between the sweet and this has been a day to day scenario. Radhey Lal Aliganj by just focusing on modernisation and shop interiors won’t be helping you to make long term customers. We ordered Boondi laddoo for some 900 Rs for our guest through zomato, and asked them to send good quality, desi ghee fresh ladoos. However they sent us Dry, stale laddoos(it had something dry flakey thing on the top)which were probably 10-15 days old or may be older than that.They would have given us fresh If we had gone and bought directly from shop, since we ordered it Online, we received such bad quality. We called them and spoke to them and reminded that we had called before ordering to confirm the same but they kept making lame excuses, as if it was the first time we ate laddoos.
