1/5 - Extremely Disappointing Experience at Sankalp Restaurant

We had the misfortune of dining at Sankalp Restaurant, and it was an unmitigated disaster. Our experience was marred by inexcusable delays and subpar food quality.

We placed our order for soup at 21:10, but it arrived a staggering 35 minutes later at 21:45, along with our starter. To make matters worse, the soup was slightly burnt.

Our main course, ordered at 21:21, we waited till 22:23 the food did'int arrived yet or no update then we decided to leave but then what they were saying is only 5 mins more 5 mins then we waited till 22:29 the food not arrived yet

Plus there were families on every seat we were the almost the first people when we had arrived there were not many people so we had placed the order first okk but no first come first serve policy doesn't available here till 22:00 all seat got full they had served everyone literally everyonee sitting there but not to us

The appalling service and food quality forced us to leave. Needless to say, we will never set foot in this restaurant again and would advise others to...

It’s one of the worst restaurant I’ve ever been. The service is pathetic and staff is very ignorant. Kindly AVOID this place if you want nice evening.

Refer to below points to justify the rating- Nobody came to take the order, we have to explicitly ask the staff twice to take the dinner order. Food came before cutlery was provided. We have to ask the staff for cutlery so that we can eat food. There were no sides provided such as onion, chutney etc. We have to ask for it. Roti was cold and when shared the same with the staff they ignored it. Received wrong order and when tried to share the same staff they ignored it. Nobody came to take follow up order of what else is needed.

I had high hopes with this restaurant but highly disappointed. Reasons are below: Ac on table12 wasn’t working thats understandable but they neither provided any other table upon multiple requests nor helped with any other fan in such scorching weather. I visited with my 10month old baby and she was sweating and irritated We were advised that paneer main course we were ordering (upon their recommendation) will be medium spicy but in real it was wayyyyyyy spicy They have very limited table options in result kept their customers waiting. Our bill payment was pending but they didn’t wait for clearance and offfered our table to next customer. As a result new customer were also sharing our table which is worst service
