Pind Balluchi — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

This was my first in allahabad as well as to pind balluchi too. The review will be a detailed one and there's nothing really great about it to be frank. Let the ordeal begin

No one greeted inside at the place and we had to seat in ourselves. I thought maybe we weren't deserving to be in this place. The seating was good and comfortable which was the plus point. The water served here wasn't chilled nor anyone did come and ask if we need it or not. We had to wait a while to place the order or till a waiter attended us. Felt like a bit of lifetime. Maybe they are understaffed. Another positive point is that we ordered a butter roti for my nephew and we got it son in a few minutes of time. For soup we ordered just one chicken hot and sour. There was nothing much oriental about it. For starters we had hara bara kabab, lahori murg, murg tikka peri peri. The kabab was good and it was moist too with the right amount of chilli in it. Kids loved it. Surprisingly the lahori murg wasn't upto the standards as the pieces were too small felt as if they served us quarter of murg. Taste wise it was good. Murg tikka peri peri was ok. Nothing really great other than being spicy. For main course we ordered biryani,butter roti and paneer lababdar. The quantity of biryani and paneer lababdar was small for sure as it didn't make much into our stomach. The mocktails were good as we ordered italian smooch, virgin colada which had an offer of 2+1. The entire game changer for good as it saved our dining experience. The service was too slow and the staff wasn't upto the standards. Overly priced and not really to talk about much of this place. This place has good food but atmosphere is average and has poor customer service & worse cleanliness. Greeting was good , then we were taken second floor where there were some machine and clothes kept near our table . Servers here do not wash hand and water bottle provided had hand gravy mark , be very concerned if you veggie that day, gravy on bottle can be non-veg , free taste for you :). We requested for bottle change that happen & Once we filled water in glass , oils started to float at top of water. Person taking order had less idea about food option and dude was zero friendly & Denied to take our group picture from my phone . We gave standard order , waited long but no food came because it was Sunday . We waited , then called front desk person who had standard line “one more minute” that lasted over 30-40 min . Some people from our group left , front desk guy came and took reason of leaving , all feedback provided and he was laughing himself at end , means no hope for this to be fixed . Finally after over hour our food came , since everyone group left and I end up taking it to go , paid in full & ate at home .

I went with my family to have dinner here. After we were seated, we decided on some few things and placed our orders. The main thing of this review are the WATER GLASSES. So when we were seated, we were given the PB typical glasses and a water bottle. We opened the bottle, poured the water in our glasses and drank. Only after a minute, we saw a waiter bringing in the used plates and glasses after he cleared a table. What he did was he brought the glasses to the fresh glasses area, emptied the water from these used glasses in the used plates, and kept those used glasses with the fresh glasses, mixed them and went away. THIS IS SO OUTRAGEOUS. In these COVID times, their waiters are doing such atrocitites, and the manager just says that he will look into it and that he cannot believe it. The fact that we saw it with our naked eyes that he mixed the used glasses with the fresh ones and then they getting sent to fresh tables for people to drink from, is more than enough to refrain from going there. AND the service, oh god! It took them 45 minutes to get us our orders, and it wasn't even a heavy order. The service is...
