Sardar Ji Chaap Ashiyana Wale — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I've failed to understand why do people flock to these soya chaap places. It's a very bad attempt at copying the great dishes of Lucknow and Delhi and replicating a soya version of it. There's no originality to the food and the flavours. The prices quoted for such dishes is exorbitantly high for no real value.

Service isn't great as well. It's either that no one caters to you at the table or two people will always be standing at your head so that you vacate the table asap for the next customer. Very poor...

I've been a regular customer at this place, but today I was disappointed with the malai chaap, they served. I don't know why they choose to deliver this type of service to their customers. I was highly annoyed with the dust or kirkiri, I found in the chaap. Even after telling this to the owner, they were cool about it. Anyways, it's still a good place to eat as the other chaap was fine. But, slowly detoriating...

During my official visit to Lucknow my partner took me to taste chaap( popularly from Delhi . I have never seen it in good restaurants) . It is all maida and unhygienic which I noticed almost all stalls. These people are just making fools of Lucknow people in the name of chaap...
