Today, I am very much disappointed from the management of kalika hut. I visited many times there with my family and everything was good with aafreen (The management head), last time I had a great time even though I met with the owner and shared her feedback that aafreen handles everything in a manner.

Let me share my today's worst experience, I visited there with my friend and my family was on the way to the restaurant. I told them to let us sit in the family area and took the order so that we can avoid last minute rush. I told the servants many times, you can call aafreen unfortunately she was not there or may be absent. I told them in a very polite way but still they want me to sit on otherside so that the space will be free for other families even that time very less families were sitting there. I requested him multiple times but still they didn't care. I told him finally do you want me to sit or I can go another place, again he repeats the same thing. So I left without having dinner.
