They make worst pizza , pizza doesn’t look like dominos pizza in terms of taste toppings service , always deliver late , cold pizza , and missing item in order and not maining qwality at all, i like dominos of rajpur road and chakrata road they make delicious pizza , dominos app should give us option to order from other store of our choice I need to rewrite my previous review Made second time purchase but this time also I regretted I want domino’s to stop this outlet they are just serving loaf of bread with very very less cheese and almost 1 hour late delivery , pizza was not at all hot and I ordered indi tandoori cheese burst but there was very less cheese inside and on top too and it was feeling like i and chewing loaf of bread Very thick base almost like raw loaf Just requesting to stop this outlet and i want refund for my order not for their bad pizza but for keep me waiting for more...

Dear Domino’s Team,

I would like to bring to your attention a very disappointing experience I had at your outlet located on Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun.

The main entrance gate was stuck, and I had to struggle to enter the outlet.

I placed an order for an Indie Tandoori Paneer Pizza. The screen showed it was ready, but when I approached the counter, the staff didn’t respond or assist me properly.

The air conditioning was only working on two tables in one section. The other seating area had no AC or fan, making it extremely uncomfortable to sit.

Most importantly, the pizza I received had an overly sour taste and was almost inedible. I had to leave it unfinished.

This was honestly the worst experience I’ve had at any Domino’s outlet. I request you to look into the matter and take necessary action to ensure better service and quality for customers...

Yesterday I went to two Dominoes in Dehradun after many years. I must say the cleanliness and Hygiene are at stake there. I had to request the workers there to please clean the floor and furniture because my toddler was all over the place. It was so dirty that we finally decided to eat in our car but then due to longer wait time we moved from that Dominos. There were so many half dead insects inside and just made it all the more difficult to sit with open food there.

The other domino's we went is newly opened infront of Decathlon, and cleanliness is at stake there too. The situation was same. Here you can see the workers making pizzas and other delicacies for you. Me and Brother in law were really shocked to see the workers NOT wearing plastuc or any kind of gloves while making pizzas and breads. They were bare handed.
