Minus 5 Stars – Domino’s Mussoorie
If I could give minus stars, I absolutely would. This outlet has been the most frustrating, exhausting experience I’ve had with a food delivery service — and I’ve been ordering from them twice a week since November.
Not once have they delivered properly. Despite being a regular customer, they act clueless every single time. Today was the last straw. I was exhausted, physically and emotionally, after packing up and leaving behind so many of my belongings. I ordered Domino’s hoping for one small comfort — food. But instead, I was met with a driver who deliberately went the wrong way even after I explained the directions FOUR times. Then he had the audacity to go to the store and lie, saying “madam is not explaining the address.”
What kind of game is this? Do they think customers are fools? This is not a one-time issue — this is a repeating pattern of gaslighting, laziness, and pure disregard for service and empathy.
Domino’s Mussoorie, shame on you. Train your staff, respect your regular customers, and stop making tired, hungry people suffer for your incompetence.

Terrible Experience at Domino’s Mussoorie – Repeated Issues & Unprofessional Behavior
I’ve had repeated bad experiences with Domino’s Mussoorie, and after today, I’ve decided never to order from them again.
There seems to be a system glitch where my order is placed via Zomato or Swiggy, and while they receive my correct phone number, Domino’s claims they get an incorrect number. This has led to multiple order cancellations after 40-45 minutes, leaving me waiting, hungry, and frustrated. As a diabetic, delayed food delivery is a serious issue.
At least three times, they have canceled my order due to this phone number issue, despite the correct number showing on the receipt. In one case, my order was mistakenly sent to the Ghaziabad Domino’s branch, and when I contacted the Mussoorie store, the staff was rude and dismissive. Instead of resolving my issue, they refused to acknowledge my order, and when I requested to speak to the manager, they ignored my calls.
I wonder—why do prepaid orders need confirmation? If a customer has been ordering 3 times a week for the past 4–5 months, shouldn’t they be familiar with the customer by now?
Today, the final straw: After 20 minutes of placing my order, they called to ask if they should proceed with it—which makes no sense when I’ve already paid! The highlighted my behavior with their staff which was both insulting and humiliating. If Domino’s is receiving so many “fake orders,” they should fix their system instead of blaming customers.
Rather than trying to resolve the recurring issue, they made me feel like I was the problem. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing service. I would not recommend this Domino’s outlet to anyone visiting Mussoorie. I will not...
Read moreThis is the worst Domino's franchise I have ever seen. I order Veg pizza on 19th May and order number is 183. My hotel is only 2 km away and I placed my order at 9:30 pm . I placed the order with Domino's customer care Agent . I share my hotel details with directions. He confirmed the order and assured that the order will be delivered within 30 minutes. After 30 minutes I received a call and said the delivery boy is on the way. I share the location to the delivery boy. After hour and 15 minutes that is 10: 45pm I received a called and said they are cancelling the order and they can't deliver at my location. I called Domino's customer service and asked for manager and supervisor, they said no one is available. This ordered was cancelled intentionally. After so much discussion and I argument the franchise owner told me to come and pickup and place a new order. This was pathetic, if I have to get it from store I have to go first time. There was a poor response from everyone. I would never recommend the Pizza from Domino's. When I lodge a complaint, the automatic system said your response will be answered in 24 hours. So be careful about the Domino's pizza service.

Read moreThe Staff here seems in no mood to work because each time I and my friends place an order here, they call us to tell that delivery ain’t possible at your desired location. However, upon questioning WHY? and probably not buying their stupid excuses plus the request to cancel the order, they DELIVER. There has been 2 out of 5 instances wherein they have met their promised deadlines and delivered as per their SOP, but 3 out of 5 times, I have always received calls with excuses prompting me to cancel my order stating that we don’t deliver here and when I don’t agree and ask them to check history of past orders where they have delivered just a day and week back, they agree saying “Mam 2 ghante lgenge, bohut Jam hai”. Surprisingly I got my order in 40 minutes after all of this great customer handling by the staff over a phone call.
