Domino's Pizza | Vikas Cine Mall, Dehradun — Restaurant in Uttarakhand

One of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had with Domino’s. I live barely 10–15 minutes away from the Domino’s outlet near Vikas Mall, and yet, I had to wait an unbelievable 1 hour and 30 minutes to receive my order. That’s completely unacceptable, especially from a brand that claims “30 minutes or free” as a promise of timely service.

What’s even more frustrating is that there was no proper communication, no apology, no explanation for the delay. I kept waiting with growing frustration, wondering if the food would ever arrive. When it finally did, the pizza was lukewarm at best and had clearly been sitting out for a while. By that time, the hunger and excitement had completely turned into disappointment and irritation.

I ordered with the expectation of enjoying a quick meal — not spending over 90 minutes tracking down a simple pizza order. If this is the standard of service at this particular outlet, then Domino’s seriously needs to reconsider how it's operating here. This is the worst outlet of Domino's I have ever been to. Masks during covid was not a protocal they followed. The service was pathetic, the pizza horrible, the person taking order was not at all attentive, the cleanliness was at zero. They didn't have card machine, Google pay / Paytm wasn't working, and they only took cash. They didn't allow me to take the pictures as well so that I could put along with the reviews. Even after telling them we wanted extra cheese on the pizza , it wasn't done. We had to fight for waving off the extra charge for the carry bag which we didn't want and we're not even asked of we needed or not before the billing was done. There we no customers and yet even after us saying we will be in the car rather than wait inside the outlet, we were told that they will not call us to collect our order. After receiving the message" the order is ready" we had to wait for another ten minutes because our order was not ready. The outlet didn't have anything except simple pizza. None of the extras were available, no tacos, no pockets...

Domino's has been my favourite and will be always. But this customer care is worst in Dehradun. My address doesn't comes in Deliverable area, so i asked the number of Vikas Mall Domino's, again and again but this girl from customer care kept on saying me, "Sir I understand your concern" But she did not give me the number. I think Domino's should try to improve their on call customer services. This happened with me the third time. Earlier also I have faced this type of problem, last two times i called in, they took my address and took my order and told me that your pizza will be delivered at your given address. But both the times, I got a call after 15 minutes and the person from Domino's told me, "sir your address doesn't comes in our deliverable reach, so we are cancelling your order.
