KFC — Restaurant in Uttarakhand

Recently, I visited KFC located inside Centrio Mall, Dehradun. The overall atmosphere of the food court was impressive – it was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained, which immediately gave a good first impression. The staff at the counter were polite and quick to take orders, and I didn’t have to wait too long to get my food.

I ordered a Chicken Burger Meal and an All Chicken Meal. The burger meal was fresh, well-prepared, and tasted exactly how one expects from KFC – crispy, flavorful, and satisfying. However, I was disappointed with one of the leg pieces served in the All Chicken Meal. The piece I received was not up to standard, as it had visible clots inside, which made it look unhygienic and unappetizing. For a brand like KFC, which is trusted globally for its quality and consistency, this was quite surprising and concerning.

The rest of the items were good in taste and quality, but the issue with the chicken leg really stood out. When customers pay a significant amount of money for branded food, they expect every item to meet the quality standards. Such lapses not only affect the dining experience but also raise doubts about food safety.

I would strongly suggest that KFC management should pay more attention to quality control and ensure that every piece of chicken served is properly checked before reaching the customer. Despite this issue, I still appreciate the cleanliness of the outlet and the speed of service, but I truly hope KFC takes feedback like...

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order I placed at your centrio, Unison branch. This was my first experience with KFC, and it was unfortunately not up to the standards I expected.I ordered the Wednesday special . Upon receiving the order, I found that the chicken was not hot, and the burger was also cold. Additionally, I had paid extra for dips, but I was informed that dips were not available, and I would have to make do with regular sauce. This was quite disappointing.Furthermore, I encountered issues with the staff at the branch. They seemed to have difficulty managing the order, and I had to repeatedly remind them of what I had ordered. This lack of organization and communication was frustrating.Given this experience, I am quite dissatisfied and feel compelled to share that I will not be visiting KFC again, nor will I recommend it to others.I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving the quality of your service to ensure better customer satisfaction in the future. Went to KFC(pecefic mall Dehradun top floor) My experience was ruined by lady manager there she was so laud at me that i had to tell her to speak politely and this not the right way(I was not even speaking to her I was simply talking to a person on the counter and she came from nowhere and start arguing). I felt like she was doing favour to me by giving food ,when I told her that I am going to write a review she was like do it she doesn’t care .she was still not apologised and I had to leave the counter ,and felt so humiliated front of so many people the way she behaved , Generally I don’t write bad reviews but here here I could not stop , And I am sure KFC Doesn't train people this way specially when it comes to manager I would recommend people not to go to this...
