Kylin, is now open in our city and it's a fantastic place to enjoy delicious Asian food. Everything about Kylin is top-notch, from the beautiful interior design to the friendly and welcoming service. The food and drinks they serve are absolutely wonderful.

I highly recommend trying their Crunchy Asparagus Dimsum and Spicy Chicken in Chilli Oil Dimsum. They are bursting with flavor and will definitely satisfy your taste buds. Don't forget to try their special drink called "Secret Affair," if your are a GT enthusiast.

For a lighter option, the Vegetable Lettuce Wrap is a refreshing and healthy choice. If you're looking for a more filling meal, go for the Tuk Tuk Bowl with non-vegetarian ingredients. It's a delicious combination of flavors that will take you on a culinary adventure.

Part of a chain of Pan Asian restaurants in and around Delhi, Kylin has a restaurant also at Dehradun's Centrio Mall. With striking wall art, bamboo work and charming old-fashioned ceiling fans (in addition to the air-conditioning!), the restaurant has a pleasant ambience.

The menu offers a wide range of dishes from across East and South East Asia, from sushi to dimsums, ramen, teppenyaki, noodles and rice, hot stone bowls, and Thai curries. We ordered a honey chilli pork ribs to start, followed by a lamb hot stone bowl with hot basil sauce and quinoa (you can choose the protein, grain, and sauce for your stone bowl) along with stir-fried greens in roasted garlic sauce. All were delicious (as were two of the condiments placed on our table: a crunchy garlic one and a spring onion sauce). Service was efficient and good, and though it was a bit expensive, it was worth it.

Just one grouse: the ceiling (not a false ceiling, but rather raw beams) had some gross-looking drips that looked like thick yellow wax. Very unpleasant, and not the sort of thing you want to see above when you're eating. Please...
