I recently had the pleasure of visiting KFC Nepal, and I must say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. As a frequent traveler and a fan of fast-food restaurants, I have been to many KFC locations around the world, and this one in Nepal stands out for all the right reasons.

The first thing that impressed me was the friendly and welcoming staff. From the moment I entered the restaurant, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The staff members were attentive, efficient, and always ready to assist with any queries or special requests.

The ambience of KFC Nepal was also worth mentioning. The restaurant was clean, well-maintained, and had a vibrant atmosphere. I recently visited KFC and had an extremely disappointing experience. The staff's attitude was downright rude and they lacked any understanding of cashier or customer service skills. To make matters worse, despite paying the full price, I did not receive the cold drinks I had ordered. When I politely inquired about the missing items, the staff member callously handed me water instead and dismissed my concerns by telling me to "f**k off" because he was too busy to deal with my paid orders. It was shocking to be treated in such an unprofessional manner.

As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with respect and receive the products I paid for. Sadly, the staff's behavior left a lasting negative impression on me and made me feel like they had no regard for their customers. It's disheartening to encounter such disrespect and lack of basic customer service in a well-known establishment like KFC.

I hope that KFC's management takes immediate action to address these issues and retrain their staff to provide a more positive and respectful customer experience. As a result of this encounter, I am hesitant to return to KFC in the future and will consider other dining options instead.

They usually have plenty of offers running most of the time. So you can get a good meal at a reasonable price. However the staff at KFC needs to speed up their service . Both Veg and Non veg meals are available. Kentucky Fried Chicken, which began as roadside restauarnt serving chicken with huge variance, has now spread all over the world as the most well-known & preferred joint for chicken included food items and meals. You get a whole lot of options including burgers, fried chicken, rice bowls & overall meals etc. Very delayed service. Ordered the biryani, the rice was raw and it tasted awful, SADLY!
