This was my worst KFC experience ever ! I get that the Microsoft windows has been down and everything has to be done manually but even the food quality of this place is worst. Ordered Chicken longer large meal and Zinger pro meal, the bun quality of the longer meal looked like it has been sitting around for quite some time and was totally stale, the seasonings and sauces were lacking in Chicken longer. Asked them to provide Virgin mojito instead of pepsi, but they refused. The virgin mojito that I ordered separately had Sprite instead of Soda in it and was too sweet. For the first time, when asked for napkins, the manager at the counter said that the napkins are finished. Had to take the napkins out from my car. The zinger pro burger had a pinch of smoky flavour that I thought to be barbecue sauce, but I don’t know what it was, it never tasted like this before. The cheese slice was all dry from sides, and there were no mayonnaise in it. Worst experience of KFC ever. The team should audit this KFC as soon as possible as this is not expected from a reputated...

Food and Service have been great at this place. The place is a bit congested, on peak hours and weekends it is flooded with people. It is better to visit a bit late on the weekends.
