Very European; the only one of its kind in Mussoorie. Clean. Friendly staff. Free good wifi. Good music softly plays in the background. Bathroom available. Excellent coffee, cafe food, and desserts. And unlike most Indian cafes, you can work here for hours without being interrupted by the staff. For once, Lotte's is an actual cafe and not one that serves Indo-Chinese food or instant coffee. Also, you can buy their sustainably packaged Landour Coffee; they roast their own coffee beans at the place itself.

They change the ambience and decorations based on Indian and Western holidays. My favorite time there is the Christmas season; lovely decorations and colors. You can also book the place for a Christmas-cookie decorating session with family or a group of friends during the season of joy.

I ordered my baby’s first birthday cake from Lotte’s Bakery purely based on their reviews and ratings — and to be honest, I was a little apprehensive since I had no prior experience with them. But they absolutely delivered — and then some!

The cake was not only stunning but tasted incredible. We truly devoured it! It exceeded all expectations and made the celebration even more special. You could tell it was made with care, quality ingredients, and real attention to detail.

What also stood out was the professionalism from start to finish — right from handling the order to ensuring a smooth and timely delivery. Everything was handled so efficiently and kindly, which made the whole process stress-free for me as a parent planning a milestone event.

I recently visited this restaurant with colleagues, and it was a horrible experience from start to finish. First, it took them 30 minutes just to take our order, even though the place wasn’t busy and we were only the customer. When the food finally arrived, the pizza was the worst I’ve ever had. The crust was paper-thin, and the taste was bland and unappealing. On top of that, the food was extremely overpriced for the poor quality.

To make matters worse, when we shared our honest feedback, the owner was not only dismissive but also abusive, arguing with us instead of addressing our concerns professionally. This level of disrespect is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for good food, fair prices, or decent customer service. Avoid this restaurant...
