Old Mango Tree Cafe — Restaurant in Uttarakhand

As we live nearby so every time we pass by it always tempted us to check out this cafe. So we went there for brunch. Poor Service. No one was there to attend us, and it happens at every stage from entering in the cafe ,ordering the food, asking for cutlery & paying the bill. Each time either we have to walk to the counter or call the staff. Food Average French Fries - Good Hot & Sour Soup - Average Spaghetti in pesto sauce - Without seasoning ( We have been asked to put salt from the salt dispenser on the table) So over all this cafe fall way far from the expectation. We had a wonderful evening at the Old Mango Tree. We were a family of four with two kids. The kids absolutely loved the Haka Noodles, Fries, Quesadillas, and Pasta. The food was freshly prepared and the chef took care of keeping it mildly spiced while not making it bland - just the right balance. The vegetables and ingredients used were fresh and yummy. The ambience is great - well lit, without making it too bright, just the right mood for a great evening. This place is a short drive off Rajpur Road. After having good last two outing here I visited this cafe third time. . But this time they disappointed me a lot. Don't know whether chef knows what should be the spicyness or not. We said just make it a little spicy but seems like he put all green and red chili in our hakka noodles.. we just had a fork of it and it's unbearable man. .and their spicy lady drink has done a job of petrol in fire.
