Sammaan veg. Restaurant — Restaurant in Uttarakhand

Being a South Indian travelling to Dehradun, I did not expect an amazing flavour of taste in the thali they offered. Unlike the South Indian Thali, the thali here has more of Roti and less of rice. The dal and sides that were offered with the Thali were amazing and mouth watering. I just had to wipe the plate clean as it was very amazing!

This is a must visit hotel if anyone is coming to Dehradun! No wonder when we asked around everyone suggested this hotel! Just look at the way the food was plated for us!

My mother isn't fond of eating food from restaurants. I stumbled upon sammaan restaurant at least about 8years back. Not particularly fond of vegetarian food, but there isn't a single dish I tried and didn't like. It's as delicious as a home cooked meal. The best thing is my maa likes the food from here! Even better now that it's on Zomato! Easy family...

Loved this place...good food taste and quality. Ambience of the place is just okay. But nice place to have good food with ur family at reasonable prices.
