Talab Cafe, Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in Uttarakhand

First of all its not a cafe and restaurant it is a brewski pub and lounge named and looked like a lounge only, secondly ambience was good no issues, bit expensive cafe that's also okay no issues but they charged 120 rs for a can of limca which costs 40 rs they are charging three times more, I asked the staff for that they talked to the owner regarding this and owner talked to me with a very rude language and said nothing can happen, Staff was very polite and understanding owner doesn't know how to talk with the customers, if u can see with any of the negative comments of the customers on his page he is arguing with them and not accepting his mistake, mind it customers are those from whom you get your daily bread and butter so respect people visiting your place, I took 6 limca cans and it charged me 720 rs, I show them the label too if they would have charged 60 rs I was ok with it because it's a cafe but they charged thrice, poor experience, also don't trust on the rates provided on the...

Ordered Margherita pizza , let down was cruet set as it was not full with chilly flakes and oregano . Due to weather possibly it got jam and no one noticed it when pizza was served . If issue was weather then place dem customer order something so it gives u time to check dem.

Ask service guy at counter what I could I have along with pizza no revert so settled with Espresso and Pizza.(U missed up selling )

Feedback only about cruet set was shared with i guess manager or owner (very humble guy in green tshirt ). No disrespect don't want to show down just want to make point .

I asked cashier if I can pay u extra bucks via paytm so I can get cash to buy cigarettes , i was denied citing reason den it makes issues in audit . Come on even I am a hotelier if same could be mentioned behind check den no issues .(This happened during placing order at counter )

Respected owner Sir/madam -Me and my gf visited this place for a date and we were made so uncomfortable , staff was constantly looking at us which made me and my girlfriend feel very uncomfortable, they were constantly coming towards us to order something and disturbing our date , they gave an impression that we should leave, none of the staff member had a smile and warmth towards us they made very rude faces , owner should sensitise staff to behave properly towards women guest. Service is pathetic, owner should fire all the people and bring new staff as these staff will lower the reputation of this nice place .
