observation as we have been visiting this place many times 1 The person at the counter is irresponsible 2 He takes the order and forget 3 He is more focused on packaging rather then who is waiting at the outlet 4 zomato is more often ofline for delivery tried many times for order 5 service - 10 if there was a rating 6 Rude behavior 8 if u want to have food from this outlet order in the morning and make them remind in the evening 50 times that they have your order to be fullfiled 9 casual attitude 10 last but not least they hardly care for the customer they more happy in chit chatting and make there customer wait for hour's to get there food 11 .we have canceled our paid order after half an hour and there staff attitude was let them go . 12 we request you boycott such kind of outlet 13 They hardly cared to talk and refund the money coz they had...

KHOPCHE is located just opposite to the Barbeque Planet on balliwala - ballupur road . The ambience is quite cool and usually very crowded because there are numerous coaching centres near to it , IELTS , TOEFL institutes and Akash institute is also at walking distance. This place is popular among youngsters , as the price is very pocket friendly as compared to other cafes. The taste is also great as for the price. There's no seating it's just grab your food and garb a corner vibe . The view is fascinating at night . The place is easy to spot . You must go and have a quick bite. We visited Khopche, GMS Road, Dehradun today and was very disappointed with the service.

Ordered veg steamed momos, but they were extremely hard to eat.

After complaining and holding the plate for 10 minutes, the counter guy silently took it back without proper response.

We then asked for Afghani momos, but instead of addressing our concern, a lady came to the counter, refunded the money, and rudely said, “Afghani momos bhi same hi hain.”

This is not the way to handle customers. Instead of improving quality or offering alternatives, they seemed disinterested in serving. Very poor attitude and service experience.
