Ambika My Food — Restaurant in Vasai-Virar

Bad bad bad experience i have ever got in my entire life i am from the bag ground of hotel industry but never got this bad experience from this restaurant when the time I had enter in the restaurant I wash my hands etc. then later nobody came for atleast a 3 minute or above then the guys saw me I asked for the menu then he give me that i have seen asked for the order to what ever the person incharge to the cash counter then while give the order he said it will be final order bcoz they where supposed to close the restaurant as per their time that was all so was not informed me while I have enter the restaurant then the food serve by the staff which not well served to me then the casher said food will be served with aptizer everything will come together I said wait hold i required first aptizer then late food casher said we are closing so asked him can I have food peace full for a while he said you need anything we are closing same chapter repeated then a said sir can I have a food peace fully. However I have to do taker for my aptizer bcoz of their closing time so that means we can't even have a food peace fully in this restaurant.which very bad experience i have got a while a ago.i mean saying all this atleast say before in advance to guest while coming to your place or in-person atleast to say sir my resturant will be closing so the person can think and have a other...

New management team at Ambika My Food since April 2021 is really doing a fantastic job.

I have come here on several occasions like family get-togethers, birthday parties and frequent lunch with friends. They have also catered on most of my family functions.

Entire hotel and the place around is always clean and neat especially the kitchen.

Everything on the menu taste fabulous. Be it Chinese, Indian or Tandoor. My personal favourite is Non Veg Kebab platter, Rumali Roti, Garlic Butter naan, Chicken Lajawab, Chicken Gavthi Handi, Chicken 65, Murg Musalam, Schezwan noodles, Boneless Chicken Biryani, Chicken Reshmi Kebabs, Fish Fingers, Bombil chilly, Kalamiri Chicken Tandoori, Malai Chicken Tandoori, Chicken fingers, Chinese Bhel.

Disappointed with a recent order. Recently this restaurant has been continuously Messing up our order. The person who recently takes order is such a trouble. He keeps saying things like we can't hear you and will put the blame on me that i ordered wrong ? This place always returned food but know they say they don't take returns ? What bullshit ? Once we got all the eggshells in our food, the second time they replaced our order with chicken when we asked for veg. Also once We ordered veg hakka noodles and found chicken in it ? That means the same utensils were used to make our food. . They cook noodles in the same dirty/ stale food. This used to be our favorite restaurant but we will be no longer ordering from here.
