McDonald's — Restaurant in Vasai-Virar

I placed an online order from Swiggy and McDonald's failed to give all the items. There were 3 items missing and the desserts i selected was also replaced by them with another dessert, they didn't call or inform me regarding this change. I've been writing emails to McDonald's as well as Swiggy regarding this issue but no one really bothers for their customers because they've already got the money. I called the McDonald's executive and they are trying to put indirect blame on the delivery boy and saying nothing was missing we checked the cctv footage. I asked them to check again so they just replied as 'yes'. Later i received a call from McDonald's number at night around 12.10 am saying i will deliver the missing products message me your address I said i will let you know in the morning since it's too late now he was fine with that next day when i called they are saying your location is too far we can't give. Mcd as for food is worth, it used be my fav place to visit and is still only to eat. However, staff at mcd are very rude. Had a very horrible exp by staff deepali and Anjali. I went to place my order and scan my coupon to redeem it but they Directly refused to do so and gave an excuse that light had gone hence it is not possible and stated it would take an hour for it to get fixed but immediately after me the next customer redeemed coupons online on app and placed their order. Do not know why such partially was done. When asking them as to why this would not work, they said online is different and takes more time than offline order. They think are we this dumb. If coupons are provided on mcd app why would they deny it to from usage to us. Also previous to this experience I ordered cheesy fries and was served chilled cheesy fries which was returned by them but staff just screws her face. We have visited McD in vasai's broadway in vasai east couple of days before. Service is not at all upto the mark. We ordered paneer burger and softies in two different orders. They are not able to give softy even after 20 mins. One softy was given over counter and for second one we have to wait for more than 20 mins and finally they told softy is finished and refunded money in cash. Even teller / token machine is not working here, guy at counter shouting every time to call token number. It gives feel of local canteen in market area. Air conditioners were not working properly. If this is in any other country like US ok UK this franchise might get suied for deficiency in service. Better they improve in all departments else this unit is near to shutting down...
