Ill mannered and rude staff... If you ask for an extra spoon/fork, first they'll ignore you and if you request the same, they'll give you stale looks as if they're obliging you. I do not expect this behaviour as I'm a regular customer Services are terrible!! Stale and rotten food served. Plz. Check food before eating.

If it was possible I would have rated it below 1 star. I have been the customer of Mr. crust for 8 long years now and I have seen the prices rise from Rs 80 on sandwiches to Rs 130 as on today, nevertheless the services have become poor and now pathetic whether it's taste or service. Don't go for the service if you are considering a hygienic meal. Not recommended at all. Owner got changed and it's terrible now. Highly disappointed😞!Experience was good but the price has been increased over the period. The same cake I bought for 600 5 months ago was 900 rupee.Had the most terrible experience with the front desk staff of mr crust Baker's at vijay nagar. He was full of attitude and behaved as if he was doing a favour on me by even talking to me ! Extremely rude staff , highly dissatisfied with the attitude ! I had been a regular customer of mr crust since past 5 years and wanted a customised cake for my setup for which I went with high hopes only to be disappointed ! Mr Crust Baker's with such staff atitude your future seems to be doomed !

Rude and foul behaviour of the two cashiers at Mr. Crust bakery is highly condemnable. It is pathetic, shameful, and disgraceful act on part of these two cashiers who not even apologised for their misbehaviour.

Now listen to what i faced: Before u say me Mr. crust sorry for inconvenience. I don't need any kind of sorry from any of ur rude, insensitive and bitter staff and employees. Soaring price of food but depreciating quality of food. Ur serving stale, rancid food kept inside in fridge to serve u later by decorating and befooling you. I purchased few things only. I could clearly see that the taste was awful. I raised my complaint and pointed out this snack doesn't look to be prepared freshly. For instance there veg momos, chilli paneer gravy, biscuit. I also ate platter and other things i did find a little bit of issue but i decided not to speak but two times i found the taste utterly unpleasant and raised this issue. They unwillingly compensated me when i raised this matter. If i am wrong then rest 1000 comments complaining about you here, are also wrong. If u want to have health issues go and blindly give them money and eat the rubbish they r serving without complain. When big food chains like Mcdonalds also commit mistakes then what r these people. But the issue is trying to scare me, and not accepting their mistake. These people don't give a damn to customer health and experience. The whole system is rotten each individual is responsible whoever is working in this pathetic store in vijay nagar. They take pride that people are visting them again and again but poor young and small people and children. Please see what u r eating . Do u deserve to eat this kind of food. College childrens are already so pressured. It is extremely difficult for them to speak up. But this doesn't means elders should remain silent . If u want to rubbish food go and consume eat. But don't complain them Otherwise they will blacklist u and not give u anything. And u will try to scare us for what for telling ur truth. Have some amount of courtesy for ur customers. Ur future is clearly doomed by ur managment style an resistance to change and increasing prices and awful food dishes. Better to stay away from this worst place. If it was possible I would have rated it below 1 star. Poor customer service and humiliating attitude is highly despicable. We suggest the employer to look after such misbehaved employees/ cashiers.
