China Grill — Restaurant in Vikaspuri

We ordered special Paneer momos from China Grill today and we had the worst experience because the sauces which were soft with these momos were rotten and so smell. When we called at the restaurant they were arguing and the behaviour was so aggressive and they did not accept that they sent this smelly sauce. They were so sure that they made fresh sauces and there was no chance because they serve the entire India. I don’t understand what is the use of these statements when the customer is telling that the source is smelly. They must take an action against it, and they must be having that apologetic behaviour, also mentioned that if you want the refund, you can have the refund. It’s not about the money always because one rotten source can lead to any client any customer to the hospital, and this is unacceptable because the standards of the foods are going really down and people are actually not concerned about it. I ordered from China Grill via Zomato, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The spring rolls were stale and soggy, clearly not fresh and had a strange sour aftertaste. The chowmein tasted like it was made days ago, dry and dull with no real flavor. The mayonnaise wasn’t real — it was yellowish, tasted odd, and completely ruined the sides. The honey chilli potatoes were overloaded with chili and so spicy they were impossible to eat, lacking any actual taste balance.

When we reached out to the restaurant, they casually said “Come and collect a fresh batch.” We told them we are hostel students and ordered through Zomato for that reason — we can’t just come pick it up.

This is completely unacceptable for the price charged. Zomato must take strict action against China Grill and issue a refund or compensation. The food was unsafe, stale, and not...

Wish i could give this place minus star, i have ordered rumali roti and tawa chaap, it took them almost an hour to send order. Instead of rumali roti they sent momos after complaining they were not picking up call, later on i told I will be back to your shop and return momos and exchange with rumali roti but order was stiil not ready their staff was continuously saying it will get ready within 2 minutes after that their staff went to nearby shop to buy roti, such a pathetic experience I won't order from them again.
