Terrible Experience - Avoid AURA 44 Hotel

I recently stayed at AURA 44 Hotel, and it was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I feel compelled to share my experience so that others can avoid the same disappointment.

Amenities: The amenities provided at this hotel were abysmal. We had to repeatedly ask for basic amenities, and even when they were provided, they were often in poor condition. For example, our room was filthy when we arrived, with a floor covered in debris and dust. When we requested it to be cleaned, the staff used a broomstick to do so. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel of any standard.

Front Office Staff Behavior: The behavior of the front office staff was appalling. They were unprofessional and dismissive of our concerns. When we brought up issues with the room and amenities, they questioned us as if we were in the wrong for expecting a clean and functional room. This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry.

Accusations of Mental Issues: Perhaps the most shocking part of our experience was when one of the front office staff members insinuated that I had mental issues because I was repeatedly requesting proper amenities. It is incredibly inappropriate and offensive for a hotel employee to assess the mental state of a customer simply because they are seeking what they paid for.

Overall, my stay at AURA 44 Hotel was a nightmare, and I would strongly advise against booking a stay here. The lack of basic amenities, the unprofessional behavior of the staff, and the unfounded accusations of mental issues are all signs of a poorly managed and poorly run establishment. Subject: not getting services.

Owner, On the date of 25th March 2023 we take a room no. 307 in hotel aura. But when we come in the room there is no getting services form your side like no TV is not working, no towel in the washroom there is no bathing accessories like soap etc. There is so many mosquito in the room. After 1/2 half electricity is gone there is no emergency supply in the room we paid 2800 for the room but we are not getting satisfactory services. I call many times but I don't get any response from your team.

I am visiting here regularly since almost two years,it is budget friendly and safe ,as well as they provide tasty food,so I prefer always this property. One thing I would like to mention they don't have restaurant, but they provide food on demand ,dine in is available,other options are also nearby or you can opt for any food delivery options. Staff are very cooperative,specially I always get very welcoming response from Mr. Rajneesh and the humbleness and cooperative approach or Mrs Arti at reception is highly appreciable.
