McDonald's — Restaurant in Vikaspuri

One of the worst experiences ever. Only Sardarji working at the billing counter was kind, rest all behaved in a pathetic manner. Guard: he was pushing the gate on my face saying the counter is closed wherein we could clearly see products available. He kept on pushing and i requested him to atleast check at the counter or with manager for a take away order. Sardarji (i did not ask his name) was kind enough to give me an entry and to take my last order. But there was another guy right next to him who was no where in the picture but was acting like a frustrated employee. He was shouting at the gaurd in front of everyone, saying, dont allow people inside post 11PM, "logo ne toh aadat hi bana lia" etc etc. When Sardarji wanted to take the order, manager declared that McDonald's will not serve a customer who is already in their premises and right in front of the ordering counter. But that manager simply refused.

The food here is the same as any other McDonald’s outlet, so nothing different in terms of taste. The restaurant looks a bit old from the outside, but once inside, it’s small yet decent and well-kept.

One thing I didn’t like was the counter service. When I went to place my order, the counter was empty. A staff member told me to order from the self-order screen, even though he was free. When I asked why, he insisted I use the machine — maybe it’s management policy, but it still felt negligent and unfriendly.

Also, there were three orders on my table — two arrived on time, but the third one took nearly 15 extra minutes even though it was marked for table service. In the end, I had to ask the staff and pick it up myself.

Overall, an average experience. The food was fine, but service definitely...

Worst experience ever.. avoid going there apter 7pm they have more crowd and treat you like you are some liability to them. I just ask them to redeemable mC D app coupon they treat me like I am asking something free from there pocket. Worst experience ever.. avoid Vikaspuri restaurant.
