Lord of the Drinks Chamber — Restaurant in Vishal Enclave

I recently organized our office Christmas party at Lord of the Drinks Chamber in Rajouri Garden, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired.

From the start, the service was subpar. Not only did they add two extra people to our bill, but we also had to endure an hour-long argument with the staff who were reluctant to rectify the error. This dispute took away from the festive atmosphere and was quite frustrating.

To add to the dissatisfaction, when attempting to settle the bill through Zomato, we were informed that an extra payment was required as the venue claimed it was a package deal and couldn't accept Zomato payments. This lack of clarity and inconvenience in the payment process further soured our overall experience.

I expected better service and professionalism, especially during the holiday season when patrons are looking to enjoy a stress-free time. Unfortunately, our experience at Lord of the Drinks Chamber fell far short of our expectations. I hope that management takes note of these issues to ensure a more pleasant experience for...

Worst place, fake service. Went their through nearbuy pass for NY party. Though table was assured, the place was so crowded that you could barely stand. In the name of unlimited snacks n drinks, customers were seen repeatedly asking the staff for snacks/drinks which never arrived or maybe once in 45 minutes. Management not interested as they were busy minting money due to NY bash and were still interested in getting more people inside by selling much cheaper deals on the spot rather than customers who paid online. Complained Nearbuy but they hardly could do anything, later legally threatened them and was able to recover half of my amount back though only in the form of wallet balance.

To sum it up, advice for Mgt is to not be opportunistic in the name of NY bash and make more than necessary reservation and spoil customers experience. Many of the customers like me came for the first time at your place & it surely became our last experience....
