Capital Grill — Restaurant in Delhi

The most pathetic restraunt which is only concerned about payments and not all at all about their guests. These guys don't know h about hospitality and how to talk to their guests. I hosted a family gatheting of 70 guests on 15 april and these guys wanted me to make advance payment which i did for 65 k and then at the time of dinner they tell me to make a payment again failing which they will not serve dinner. What kind of place is this where guests are expected to pay entire bill before dinner is served. I have never experienced this before even though we have our own relarives banquet in naraina with a capacity of 400 people. I commited thebiggest mistake of my life by hosting aparty here and would not recommend this restraunt to anyone. Guys please DO NOT ever make a mistake of hosting a party here where everyone from manager to owner deceives you and all they care about is money. They do not care about their guests. Worst experience at any restaurant ever. Organised my parents 25th wedding anniversary. The tables were booked for the period of 9-11p.m. We reached there by 9.30. The manager enquired us the reason for getting late and was furious that because of us he couldnt offer the tables to others even though the place was completely void of people and had a lot of other tables vacant. Now coming to the food, it was pathetic. We literally had to wait for an hour for the main course after finishing the starters. And when the main course arrived, nearly half of the menu booked in advance was not served and boondi ka raita was sour and smelled disgusting. When confronted, the manager said that he didnt anticipate the guests would like to have a main course after the starters, although he admitted the raita fiasco. My relatives booked this venue for small get-together.... They do not have parking space available...you need to pay slightly higher than normal amount for parking which should ideally have been complimentary for their customers

out of the menu decided by us of 5-6 snacks items....hardly 1 or 2 met expectation with regard to taste and also not properly roasted .....my feedback is same for their main course menu as well.... Service was just okie....serving staff can refuse to your request also...though it may not be their fault if they dnt get d ordered item from chef how can they serve d guests...though I gave them 3 stars but they hardly deserve that...i will give them below average rating somewhere between 2 - 3...
