Worst experience !! Horrible food and staff behavior is awfully bad in this hotel/restaurant.

Save your money and go someplace else. Even a roadside shack would give you a better experience.

Tried out a few items like Pan Fry noodles chicken, and it turned out to be a gravy version of tasteless raw uncooked dish. Although we ordered hakka noodles, the restaurant staff and manager was rude and adamant about the fact that pan fried hakka is a soupy version. Nowhere in the menu nor did the waiter mentioned about this while we ordered. Attached is the picture of the menu and the dish. Also ordered reshmi kabab chicken ,and mojito and both were tasteless.

A nice hotel to stay in Midnapur Town, placed at the heart of the town, which offers a good environment to stay with reasonable price range.

Taste-wise, everything was really good — the food was delicious and flavorful. However, the portion sizes were quite small, even for two people. The staff behavior was disappointing; we had to call them multiple times to serve our food, and when they did, the service was quite unprofessional. The waiters could definitely use some training in proper customer service. Also The place was quiet, which is nice, but it felt a bit too dim — better lighting would improve the atmosphere.
