বিভিন্ন জায়গায় ভালো রিভিউ দেখে প্রথমবার চিকেন বিরিয়ানি অর্ডার করলাম কিন্তু সন্তুষ্ট হলাম না | স্ট্রিট বিরিয়ানি হিসেবে রাইস এর পরিমান এবং কোয়ালিটি যথেষ্ট ভালো, তবে instruction এ লেখার পরেও আলুর সাইজ যেনো 1/4 ভাগ পেলাম | আলু কে যেকোনো কলকাতা বিরিয়ানির X ফ্যাক্টর হিসেবে ধরা হয়, তাই instruction গুলো পড়ে একটু কাস্টমার এর চাহিদা মেটাতে চেষ্টা করবেন | চিকেন টার 50% মাংস আর বাকিটা পাঞ্জর এর অংশ | একটু খেয়াল রাখুন এগুলো, ভবিষ্যতে আবার অর্ডার করব|
