So after such a long break i decided to go with my sis and my son to Berlin Kaffehaus , which is quite popular. And it was literally recommended by my friends.. talking about the interior design ,it was superb, the vibe so 😃 great and the music was also good. They had the indoor seating area as well outdoors too which was quite amazing. We place order prawn tempura 🍤, signature Berlin salad, spaghetti bolognese and lime soda . Prawn Tempura was served with a cheese sauce i guess which was superb . Signature chicken Berlin salad was upto the mark , marvelous, lime soda great always but spaghetti bolognese which was my all time fav and that after such a long time i had as i was craving for it wasn't that great... It was served a eggless noodles instead of spaghetti, taste was so bland , and too much oily , not to mention that I asked for a parmesan cheese on the toping which it didn't appear I guess they just melted the regular cheese and served , very disappointing cuz this was my first time trying in India . Usually i don't take a risk at all as spaghetti bolognese is my fav and I don't want to have a bad thought about it . Also the grilled bread was on the side but that was also too oily . I did informed to the staff about that. And there wasn't nothing ...no explanation or nothing. Talking about the service was great , very professional staff but there wasn't much interaction which was lacking in them . So the overall experience was mediocre. Unfortunately, the service was a letdown. Our server seemed overwhelmed and took a long time to take our orders. The food took a while to arrive.

While excels in terms of food and atmosphere, the poor service was a significant drawback. With some improvement in this area, I would highly recommend this cafe. As it stands, I would still recommend it for the food and atmosphere, but be prepared for some frustration with the service.
