Pizza Hut | City Centre Mall, Siliguri — Restaurant in West Bengal

I placed a wrong order by mistake so i wanted to change my order(I haven’t even made the payment yet), the counter staff refused to cancel the order. Which i think is not a big deal to do. Over all their pizza crust are quite soft but the cheese garlic bread i wanted to enjoy was denied so i had to eat the plane garlic bread. And the quality wice they put in your cold drink was smelling fishy. Wasted money and food.

Would not recommend better go to your right and eat at dominos...

I Had ordered Pizza from this place today through Zomato and I'm very satisfied with the food I got. At first Seeing all the reviews I was not sure if it's good to order but let me tell you I'm more than happy after getting the order. I thought to never visit Pizza Hut, but unfortunately I had to today and it is proved again that it will always be worst service in Siliguri City Center. Thank you for such a worst service and wasting my time and unfortunately giving 100 rupess to staff and forget to return it back (though that's a mistake, not a deliberate act of anyone) without getting anything to eat . It has made me stick to this plan that NEVER EVER VISIT PIZZA HUT...
