Subway Uttorayon — Restaurant in West Bengal

The food here is good, however, the service isn't as per the standard of Subway. I once tried to return a canned drink that I bought a minute before and was told that it cannot be refunded. Next time when I went there, I wanted to via half with cash and the rest with the card but I was told that it’s not possible. All the other restaurants are accomodating with any mode of payment. It is an inconvenience to customers when such basic request can’t be made. I did the same thing at Dominos...

Subway is a chain of restaurants offering various types of sandwiches and salads... the best part is they offer you to customise your type of sandwiches including the kind of bread you want... one can have combo meals here... they make the sandwiches in front of you keeping the hygiene part in mind... overall the ambience is good and one can enjoy some good time with family...

My family and I came here for breakfast as we were travelling to Kalimpong, the atmosphere was inviting and Peu ma'am was at the counter who was very courteous and prepared the food perfectly according to our instructions. The coffee here is excellent and must try (if you like black coffee especially) Thank you so much for the much needed energetic start...
