Café Coffee Day - Kharagpur — Restaurant in West Bengal

27th Jan 2018. They kept people waiting outside till 11:30am from 10 am saying "it will just open". No grudges as spring fest was on, the late is acceptable. 28th Jan. I was in a proper queue standing behind a foreigner. ( i am providing all detail so that the staff could see this and understand what kind of nuisance it has been.) The foreigner wasnt able to understand what the staff said so as a good samaritan I helped him translate and for that reason I had gone to his side. Then when my turn came the staff rejected me and said me to come in a queue, it was ok as there was a person infront of me who had made his way forward. I let him buy his food. When again my turn came, the staff rejected and said and I quote "you will get at the end". I said it was my turn and said it was just a botlle of water and small coffee. Still he didnt attend to me. I left in disgust. It has been the most disgusting and disappointing experience in my entire life of visiting restaurants and cafes. It was totally unexpected and has led me to write this...

The best coffee in the entire town is available here. No doubts. The coffee flavor is mind blowing, and the ambience is very good and reminds of an actual urban cafe. Staff behavior is great, parking is more than sufficient if you take a bicycle or some other two wheel vehicle.
