HOT BOX — Restaurant in West Bengal

Don't order anything from this restaurant. They just cheat people in the name of business. I ordered chicken rice, chicken butter masala and chicken pakoda. First of all they took long time to deliver. Meanwhile , I received call from owner who said pakoda is finished , they could replace it with chilli paneer. When I received no chicken item was there. Ordered food online almost one nd half hour before and still these guys are unable to deliver food and they don't even attend calls and no proper reply... Don't even think of ordering food from this place. I kept calling them but there was no reply. After calling for so long they answered and told that they would deliver it to the next station but as usual it didn't turn up. They didn't even refund the amount.
