Cafe Royaal — Restaurant in West Bengal

There was no option to give zero review else would have done so. Welcome to the worst cafe you could ever come across. At least I did today. Giving slight introduction today I went to this cafe with my friends who happen to be vegetarian. We were there sitting ideally for the first 15 minutes waiting for my friends to arrive. When they came we did a little birthday celebration and then went for the menu to order food. And guess what, there was nothing available. When we said that we are leaving as there is nothing available the lady standing at the reception forced us to have non veg. She literally forced us to have non veg as there veg chef wasn't available. She even said that you aren't allowed to leave and you'll have to sit for 15 minutes more before you leave. After that we asked if we could offer any charges for sitting till that time. The receptionist took RS100 from us to just sit there. Hats off to...

Tried these 4 items last sunday and the food here is actually worth the prize. The pizza was actually good but if you like thin crusted pizza this won't be for you, the kitkat oreo shake was mid but the coffee ( black) was good and the chicken popcorn is actually recommended to all. This cafe is quite small in place where not a large group of people can sit together and have their food. Atmosphere of this place can be a problem to some if you have smoke allergy coz they serve hookah here. The view is nice but the wait time of food mostly the pizza is a lot. Would recommend you to go here at least once for the experience and also friendly for college students but not appropriate for wheelchair people coz this cafe is in the first floor of...

I would have rated this cafe in negative but Google doesn't provide the option to rate that way . Its the worst cafe I have ever been to. No veg menu was available to order and when we started to leave the cafe the woman serving started saying that you cannot leave without ordering. We clearly stated that as no veg menu is currently available we will leave but she literally forced us to wait and eat what she wants us to eat, as if we went there to eat not what we want to, but what is available there.
