HOT LIPS — Restaurant in West Bengal

This is worst restaurant that I visited in my life on Tuesday of previous month . I was gone with my friend there in the last month . No waiter don't give us full information about food . Someone said catla thali 150 rs. we ordered catla thali. But Food quality is very very poor .very very salty fish . We told with waiter but he was joking with us . Quality of rice is not satisfactorily matched with the price . Price is too high . when we pay bill then waiter said you have to pay 495 rs. Then I asked him how ? he said us for alu vaja and dal that you are taken , and price hiked for extraa 195 rs. we got shocked. For simple alu vaja and dal they charge 195 rs extra after giving worst quality of fish. We ordered catla fish , the fish given by hotel is like catla fish by seeing but test of the fish was exactly vola fish with too bad salty test . No one should go there . cost is very high and food quality is very very poor & behaviour of attendant or waiters are not...

Absolutely Disgusted and Traumatized! Today, I ordered a mutton biriyani from this place, and what I found inside has left me completely shocked — an actual insect in the food! I noticed it right after opening the container at home, and I cannot begin to explain how horrifying and disappointing this experience has been. This is not just about bad service — this is a serious hygiene and food safety issue. I’ve always loved biriyani, but after this incident, I genuinely don’t know if I’ll ever be able to enjoy it again. Food should NEVER come with surprises like this. One of the finest place for lunch if you visit krishnanagar. It is located 5 mins walk from the bazar more and the ambience is quite comfy and large seating arrangements are provided. They are maintaining proper hygiene and safety for the customers during this pandemic and the staff name tanmoy das was very courteous towards us. They serves all type of cuisine : Indian, Bengali thali and Chinese as well.
