BAD EXPERIENCE. NO PROFESSIONALISM BY THE STAFFS. THEY HAVE NO SENSE OF TIME MANAGEMENT. FOOD QUALITY IS AVERAGE THOUGH.

Restaurant environment is good, clean and decent. Food quality is average, neither the best nor the worst. Overall I do not have any complains. What I didn't like at all is their inefficiency to serve food in time. We ordered 4 chicken rolls. Restaurant was not crowded at all, only 3 tables were occupied. They took almost an hour to deliver our ordered food. We asked them several times about it, and everytime their reply was like this "We are preparing your order only. It will take few minutes". This place is in the heart of city Krishnanagar.. It's just in front of Krishnagar AV High school towards the road of DL Roy College.. Food quality and quantity is good.. Hand washing area is also good.. The restaurant space is quite small so you can feel uneasy in any occasional day like Independence day, Saraswati Puja, Durga Puja and all..
